Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: Each product is a masterpiece, meticulously handcrafted with the finest leather craftsmanship. Our preparation process takes approximately 7 to 10 days, allowing us to infuse each item with exceptional care and precision. Once prepared, your order embarks on its journey, typically arriving within an additional 8 to 10 business days.
  Total estimated time: 14 to 21 days from order to delivery.

• Order Processing: Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the following business day, which may affect the overall delivery time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. It is your responsibility to track the shipment using this number and follow up with the courier company if there are any issues.

In the event of delivery delays or complications, please contact the courier service directly. Please be aware that Leather Bomber Jacket cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed or returned due to delivery issues or if the courier attempts delivery when no one is available at the address.

Courier Services

Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we strive to deliver your orders in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the parcel.

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, items must remain unused and include all original tags.

Import Duties and Taxes

• United States Orders:
  Most shipments valued under $800 (de minimis threshold) typically enter duty-free under U.S. Customs rules. However, please note that Leather Bomber Jacket does not cover any duties, tariffs, or additional customs charges beyond this threshold.
  Rule: By placing an order, you agree that all import duties, taxes, and handling fees assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are solely your responsibility.

• International Orders:
  Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country. While we often ship items marked as gifts to minimize costs, we strongly recommend checking your local customs office for exact regulations.

• Please double-check all shipping details (address and contact information) before finalizing your order to avoid delays.

• For security reasons, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.

• If your order includes both customized and non-customized items, delivery of customized products may take longer.

• Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reroute it to a different address. Please contact the courier directly for any address changes.
